Registration Info 2025/2026
Registration for players who played with WKHMA in the 2024/2025 season, opens Monday, June 2nd, 2025 (*You must have played in the WKMHA 2024/2025 season to register on June 2nd for the 2025/2026 season).
Please see our Returning Player Information 2024-2025 document for all registration details.
For returning players, all outstanding fees must be paid in full in order to register for the 2025/2026 season.
Female Team Registration ( U9, U11 and U13 Recreation) will be open to all Females on June 2nd regardless if they played previously.

Registration for NEW and TRANSFERRING players opens on Monday, June 23rd, 2025.
NEW AND TRANSFERRING PLAYERS MAY NOT REGISTER ONLINE. SEE "NEW PLAYER/TRANSFERRING PLAYER INFORMATION BELOW".
All registration for new and transferring players should be submitted by email to admin@westkelownaminorhockey.com at 7:00am on Monday, June 23rd, 2025 and will be timestamped. New and Transferring Registration Emails received before 7:00am on June 23rd, 2025 will be asked to be resent.

We are not able to tell you what the schedule will be for your team or division. Schedules will be released in September. For U7/U9, ice times will be any time Mon-Fri from 3:00-7:00pm. Weekend ice times will vary.
Tryout, evaluation and start up schedules are TBA and can be found on the Evaluation page when available.

WKMHA Registration Fees
WKMHA Registration Fees and Policy 2024-2025
Families registering 3+ players receive 50% off the third player's registration.
This discount applies to basic registration fees and does not apply to tryout fees, late fees, carding fees or coach fees.
Please contact the Executive Coordinator, admin@westkelownaminorhockey.com for your Discount Code to be used on the youngest players Registration prior to Registering them.
TeamLinkt charges a 2.7% + $0.30 credit card fee. This fee is non refundable.
There is a $20 Transaction fee for all non credit card registration payments. This fee is non refundable.
No cheque or cash payments.
Respect In Sport for Parents Fee is $12 payable when you take the course online. This course is transferable to other sports and is required to be completed for your player to play with WKMHA.
Receipt Instructions
To get a receipt for registration, log in to your TeamLinkt account from a computer. You cannot get your receipt from the mobile app.
1. Go to app.teamlinkt.com
2. Log in
3. Hover over your initials in the bottom left corner
4. Select the correct family member and select the registration tab
All registrations with WKMHA are listed on the page. Scroll to the registration you are wanting and select view invoice.

Cancellation Policy
The following schedule applies, upon receipt of the online form:
- Up to and including Aug 29 – 100% refund of Base Registration Fee, less $50 Administration Fee
- Aug 30-Oct 14 – 75% refund of Base Registration Fee, less $50 Administration Fee
- Oct 15-Nov 14 – 50% refund of Base Registration Fee, less $50 Administration Fee
- On Nov 15th or later – NO REFUND – exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
AS OF NOVEMBER 15TH, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE.
OMAHA Regional Programs
BC Hockey, in partnership with District and Minor Hockey Associations (MHA), will be operating a zone program for the 2025-2026 season. Further details and communication will be provided when available.
